Product Map and Funding
We have developed an Artificial Intelligence System (A.I.) that detects insider trading in the stock market in real-time. It has revealed a hidden 'ghost pattern’ in the data that appears just before major global or corporate events. Once the event occurs, the price moves in the direction that pattern has indicated.
For example, we saw a ghost pattern in natural gas futures; then a few days later a Russian refinery was attacked causing the price of natural gas to move up! We saw that insiders were moving a lot of money into long futures just before the attack.

We are raising money to build the infrastructure to access all trading data feeds from all markets globally and track insider trading in real time for the purpose of establishing a hedge fund and developing institutional trading tools.
Funding
Bimini Road is raising $1 million through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) to propel our groundbreaking technology to the next level. Our mission is to create financial solutions that are faster, more transparent, and more equitable. Leveraging our competitive advantage—Bimini Road’s unique Artificially Intelligent Predictive Technology, capable of identifying ghost patterns in global financial markets—we aim to integrate real-time trading data across all major financial markets worldwide.
We have outlined a three-phase funding strategy. Our initial raise of $1 million, secured through a SAFE, will allow us to begin our integration efforts and scale operations. Upon reaching this milestone, we will proceed with launching two priced rounds, targeting approximately $10 million and $20 million, respectively.
While we plan for three funding rounds, we believe it may not be necessary to complete all three. Currently, we are trading using our own capital and leveraging our AI technology. This process is manual, requiring constant attention to specific securities and their correlated counterparts. As a result, we can only monitor a limited number of stocks or futures, and since the emergence of trading patterns is unpredictable, our activities are currently constrained.
However, we are confident that, as our monitoring capabilities improve, we will inevitably identify and track patterns as they form. Once this occurs, we will be able to follow these patterns to completion, correlate them with others, and execute trades with sufficient capital. At that point, the opportunity to invest in this venture will no longer be available, as we will not require external funding. This shift could happen at any point during the funding process.
Development Phases
Our development approach will be completed in three phases.
- Phase One:
Focus on integrating U.S. financial markets, beginning with the U.S. stock market. - Phase Two:
Expand integrations to the top global exchanges, including Euronext, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Japan Exchange Group, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Exchanges, National Stock Exchange of India, LSE Group, and Saudi Exchange. Collectively, these exchanges account for over $85 trillion in annual trading volume.

- Phase Three:
Broaden coverage to include bond, futures, commodity, and currency (forex) markets. Additionally, this phase will launch our first go-to-market product.
Go-To-Market Strategy
We’re exploring three key go-to-market approaches that harness the power of Bimini Road’s predictive technology:
(a) Hedge Fund
Our predictive AI can support a hedge fund by leveraging data-driven insights and advanced trading strategies, we can consistently deliver strong returns while maintaining accessibility and fairness.
Our preliminary analysis of the potential size and success of a hedge fund powered by Bimini Road's predictive Ghost Pattern A.I. is highly promising. To contextualize the opportunity within the U.S. stock market, consider the trading volume of a single security: the e-Mini NASDAQ-100 Futures Contract. This contract sees an average daily trading volume of 500,000 contracts at a notional value of $25,230 each. With 250 trading days annually, this represents $3.15 trillion in trading volume.
If we identify a single ghost pattern each day, and that pattern produces a 1% return (our current fund does 1%-3% per day) then we can estimate that 250 days of trading would produce 250% gain in the fund. If we identify 2 patterns per day we can easily begin to understand the scale up our estimates.
(b) Licensing
The predictive nature of our A.I. system is a very powerful tool for existing hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices or institutional funds to use to drastically mitigate risk associated with trading large positions.
We anticipate a product roadmap that will include versions of the system suited for experienced, professional trading desks to use as an advanced predictive tool in the day-to-day trading operations.
Our licensing model may include straight fees with a performance-based incentive structure where our goals are aligned.
(c) Consumer Products
We may also pursue product roadmaps where retail products are created and marketed to general users who are not professional traders. Our lead product in this effort will be 401ai (internal name).
